At Gentleman Closet, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Customized Products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
How to Request a Return

Return Authorization:
Our team will review your request within 24 hours and send you a Return Authorization and the return address. -
Ship the Item:
Send your item back using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping the tracking number for your records. -
Return Shipping Costs:

If the return is due to a product defect or incorrect item, we cover all shipping costs.

For other reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred product.
